Paulina joined CSB Group in December 2019. Following her role as a Client Accounting and Liquidations Team Leader, she was promoted to Assistant Manager - Client Accounting in January 2025.

Paulina coordinates team workflows, oversees the delivery of accurate financial reporting, and ensures compliance with accounting standards. She provides hands-on training, daily support, and performance guidance to her team, driving operational efficiency and fostering a high-performing environment focused on client success.

Education
Paulina holds a Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting of University of Gdansk

Experience
Before joining CSB, Paulina worked as an accounts executive with another Corporate Services Provider in Malta for a year and a half. In Poland she was an accountant for two non-profit organisations for 7 years while studying at University.
